Hihi!
I just wanted to take some time to explain the significance of my blog "mascot." In case you're wondering, I don't actually own the physical stuffed lion. It was just a cute picture I came across on the internet.
I don't usually choose lions and think they're cute . . . I usually pick timid and demure animals like bunnies and kittens. But a lion is a good change. I picked it because it's who I think I should move towards being . . . lions are BIG, BOLD AND BRAVE . . . things I rarely aim to be . . . but why not? I don't think anyone has anything to gain by me playing it small. It's time to step up and be as confident in my public self as I am with my private self.
If you know what I mean, I encourage you to do the same.
